Changes to Recipe. No real changes. I involuntarily did a longer pre-infusion of around 30 seconds instead of 20. Also, I probably initially open too little the valve, and, when adjusting it, I opened it too fast and had to re-close it a bit at around 2:15 mins. I got a 2:30 minutes brew.
Notes. Good strength, good body, nicely extracted. Not a hint of sour nor it’s overly bitter. I can taste a hint of citrus which is really nice.
