Changes to Recipe. To dial in my La Esmeralda batch, I used my Espresso with The Steam & Co., 1ZPresso Jx-Pro on Wacaco Picopresso recipe simply swapping coffee and changing the 1ZPresso JX-Pro setting to 1.5.3 (after having an underextracted coffee 24.10.21 (1) Dialing in La Esmeralda on Wacaco Picopresso).
Notes. Better than my last experiment with this configuration (24.10.21 (1) Dialing in La Esmeralda on Wacaco Picopresso), however is still underextracted. Now more than sour I get the nice acidity, but there still sourness, so it’s still underextracted. Next time, I am going even finer with a setting of 1.5.2 and see how it goes.
