Notes. Posting this note to solidify how I went doing this coffee for the last weeks. This has been my daily driver. After the first batch (2024.10.23 Dambi Uddo) I purchased another (2024.11.13 Dambi Uddo) that I have yet to finish.
I fiddled about on the settings from 1.5.1 and 1.5.2. Finer seems to exert a higher pressure (and its hard to push) but on 30-30.5g I get a perfectly balanced, sweet espresso. So I am going with this for now while I wait my recently bought DF64 gen 2.
