Changes to Recipe. I’ve started with the recipe of another coffe and tried it with a 1.6.0 click on 1ZPresso JX-Pro.

Notes. During processing, timing and pressure was ok. Coffee in around 30-40 seconds with a 10 seconds pre-infusion, pressure was waving around 9 bar. Coffee was balanced but had a harsh bitter aftertaste, so next test I am going a bit coarser. The alternative was reducing the dose but I am at already 1:2 Dunno if I want to go shorter.
