Espresso with La Esmeralda, 1ZPresso Jx-Pro on La Pavoni Europiccola

Procedure.

1. Prepare Puck by:
   1. Grind with 1ZPresso JX-Pro with a 1.4.3 setting 14.0g of La Esmeralda coffee;
   2. Put into portafilter;
   3. Use a dispersion tool, tamp and put Coffee Puck Screen on top;
