Steps:

  1. Pre-heat water to boil;
  2. Grind a coffee dose of 60g/l to Pour Over setting;
  3. With the Dripper Valve closed, do a blooming phase of 30 seconds with 1/5 of the total water desired;
  4. After 30 seconds, open the valve e pour the next 1/5 batch of water.
  5. Agitate the dripper.
  6. Alternate 10-15 seconds pause to pouring the next fifth of water.
  7. Adjust the valve to obtain a 2:30-3:00 minutes draw down.
