Steps:
- Pre-heat water to boil;
- Grind a coffee dose of 60g/l to Pour Over setting;
- With the Dripper Valve closed, do a blooming phase of 30 seconds with 1/5 of the total water desired;
- After 30 seconds, open the valve e pour the next 1/5 batch of water.
- Agitate the dripper.
- Alternate 10-15 seconds pause to pouring the next fifth of water.
- Adjust the valve to obtain a 2:30-3:00 minutes draw down.
