Changes to Recipe. Aimed towards 36 g out, got 38 g out.
Notes. Slightly more acidic than I wanted, probably due to a weaker extraction. This is probably not related to the added water, and might related more to pressure, as I shot some photos I might not have kept the pressure high enough to get a good extraction. The added water didn’t bring any new flavor, and just lessend the body, I think I will stay with a recipe of aiming a 32 g out, which usually means I get 33-34 g out. I’ll update the recipe with this last information.
