  1. Pre-heat and negotiate filter onto the Sworkdesign Dripper;
  2. Place adequetely ground coffee dose of 60g/l (12 g) into the dripper. It shouldn’t be super fine, pour over fine should be good;
  3. Use 1/4 (50 g) of the total water to do a 20 second bloom with the valve closed;
  4. At 20 seconds, slightly open the valve until you see it start to drain;
  5. At 30 seconds, start center-pouring until you reach the 1/2 total water mark (100 g), then spiral out until you pour another 1/8 of the total water (add another 25-30 g, totaling at 130 g);
  6. At 1 minute, you spiral adding another 1/4 of the total water (totaling to 175 g);
  7. At 1:20, spiral the remaining water;
  8. Swirl to achieve flat bed;

Aim to a brew of around 3 minutes.
