Changes to Recipe. Tried a 200 g cup with 12 grams of coffee with a setting of 3.4.0.

Notes. Coffee was ok, good body, a bit harsh like a strong bitter aftertaste which is usually indicative of overextraction, but probably underextracted since it had a very fast flow that I had to slow down using the Sworkdesign Dripper valve. I’ll probably try going finer next time, like 3.3.0 or even 3.2.0 and see from there.
